Container Haiku

Inside the city
Cardboard walls propped against winds
Shelter our neighbors

~~~~~~~~
Tiny hands reach high
Cardboard boxes colored pink
Play castle with me
When I saw the title of your blog, I knew there had to be a Pooh connection.
These are wonderful pieces. Heart wrenching, too, on this cold morning.
Two very different views of the word. One offers hope. The other represents its loss.
wow! you've taken a concept and a word (cardboard) and made two very different yet powerful emotional statements with them. wonderful!
The first one made me think of the cardboard boxes that vagrants use to keep away from the cold breeze in winter.
